Braydon Ross is a Calgary-based hospitality entrepreneur and the founder of Ross Stays. Known as Mrairbnb, he bought his first property at 21 and has since listed hotels, resorts and homes on Airbnb across more than five countries. He now acquires boutique hotels and builds short-term rental portfolios alongside partners.

Braydon Ross is a Calgary-based hospitality entrepreneur and investor, and the founder of Ross Stays. He bought his first condo at 21, listed it on Airbnb at 22, and built from there into rental arbitrage, management and education, where he became known as Mrairbnb.
In 2019 he connected a boutique hotel of more than seventy rooms in Edmonton directly onto Airbnb, among the earliest documented cases of a hotel doing so, and went on to help bring luxury resort portfolios with thousands of units onto the platform. When COVID closed that chapter he returned to ownership.
Today Ross Stays works with investors building portfolios of stays, partners acquiring boutique hotels of typically under 60 keys, and developers integrating short-term rentals into new projects. He has been featured on Forbes, Bloomberg, Yahoo Finance and national television.
